In the event of additional unforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies,
vet fees etc), payment is expected within 24 hours of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be
applied. Cancellations
A scheduled service is a commitment of time between you and our service providers. We have reserved
time just for you. When services are cancelled or missed, that time is permanently lost. Please read our cancellation policy
below:
Cancellation
of services less than 24 hours (business days-not weekends) prior to the start of the service will result in a charge of 50%
of the total service period.
